Cinnamon Trainers will have structured systems and methods in place to develop Cinnamon Ambassadors in line with the strategic aims of the organization.

All Cinnamon Ambassador Learning and Development will be guided by the strategic goals and objectives of Cinnamon Hotel and Resorts.

The Learning and Development function is responsible for:

* Developing the organisation wide people development strategy

* Implementing the strategy across all aspects of the business

* Facilitating the development of companywide learning interventions

* Ensure training programs support the delivery of the Cinnamon Hotels and Resorts brand

* Collaborating with business leaders and functional specialist to identify training needs

* Producing a suite of standardised Cinnamon Hotels and Resorts core training materials

* Expanding and reviewing the current program to suit changing organisational, economic, societal and legislative needs

* Demonstrate how Learning and Development contributes to organisational success

* Implement a strategy and tools to audit and monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of Learning and Development across all parts of the business

* Monitor the execution of Learning and Development strategy
